Welcome ! On this topic we gonna discuss a few tips to help you out on this run , so we gonna start talking about the upgrades that you gonna need :

Biotics : Salvo and Push fully upgraded

Armor : that's optional but on my run i used the Default armor , you can also try to use the cloak armor too .

Helmets : + 10% weapon damage , you can use the headshot damage helmet too , but in my opinion you gonna need that extra weapon damage for some specific bosses .

Habilities : Cloak and Run fully upgraded

Weapons : Basically you gonna need to fully upgrade ALL your weapons because you gonna need them at some point , for example , i died in the end of the game to a centurion because i didn't had my shotgun on max level , so i had to use the Assault rifle and he killed me with 2 shots :/

Timing starts when you're able to control Randall and ends exactly when Inali is defeated , rules were changed to make your life easier if you're trying to run this game , have fun and use this vídeo to help you if you wish !
