Timer was a bit late in the video, it was started 8s after my previous split time which is barely 2:48:59

Pretty good run

The strat I figured out was to be losing the maps till the end on purpose, then you can choose faster minigames

Then use golden block + bowser to win at the end of the maps.

Run got first try boo door visited the island 3 times on the beach map but got out within 2/3 turns each time.
