Do we have to be in 1st place in our speedruns for them to be on the leaderboards?

Yes you must win all boards for your run to count for all boards. If you want to run true any% there is a category extension category for that, but keep in mind that true any% is faster with 4 players anyway, so I'd recommend just running all boards lol
