The first run submitted (by Barxho) times until "The End" rather than "Thanks for playing". This makes more sense as an end point. I assume it says "Thanks for playing" in the rules because that's the end screen on most Cube Escape games and Barxho copied the rules over.
Recently I finished writing a guide for All Missions. A perfect run with this route would probably get a time around 22 minutes. Some notes on the wording:
"Inv" means put in inventory "Pick up" means pick up without putting in inventory "Take out" means take out of inventory The numb-ers means either which conversation options to choose, or how many times to click the location selector on the spy phone.

Please post any suggestions for alternate routes here or in the Discord server.
(I have to write numb-ers like this until it's fixed)
It's a bit hard to work out the IGT, but I think this would be around 24.00. This means a perfect run could definitely get 23.
Not mod-approved, but it doesn't need to be. The only discussion here at the moment is about All Missions but there are servers for 500 Coins and Banned (and the Wii/DS games).
Come if you want All Missions strats.
The Veggie Villain mission features a puzzle where you have to guess colors to work out the answer (you can play it here).
In all speedruns of All Missions so far, the runner guesses all pink for the first guess, then replaces the wrong ones with light blue for the second guess, then the same for the third and fourth. This means that whenever the last color (orange) is in the solution, it will take 4 guesses. The chance of having orange is around 68%.
After testing some other methods, I believe it is possible to solve in a maximum of 3 guesses by starting with pink-pink-blue-blue. However, this usually requires a lot more thinking than the other method and Veggie Villain is the last mission in the run. The save of 1 guess may not be worth doing in a run.
It's also possible to enter fewer than 4 colors and press guess, which will tell you which ones are right without going to the next row. However it won't tell you if you have a color that belongs in the empty box. In the end I didn't find this useful.

Haven't tested if any are faster than others, or how fast downloaded game is
So this was a Challenge on GWR Challengers
As far as I can tell the Challengers site was discontinued. I couldn't get the videos to work until one suddenly appeared.
It was listed as 51 seconds but might want to be retimed...

Since there's no reason given I'm not sure. Maybe instead of being locked this could be given a decent response.
- Talk to G until he reveals his sled. Put it in your inventory
- Use your spy phone to go to the Ski Mountain.
- Use your spy phone to go to the Sport Shop. Click Teleport again.
- Talk to G and the sled will appear again.
Basically you can duplicate the sled using this glitch. I don't know if it has any speedrunning use.
(I deleted my previous thread and merged the suggestion here)
Timer should start on first input starting from the center of the town. This avoids any bias based on where you load in, and removes the requirement of having to log in every attempt.
There are ways to earn coins other than playing minigames. Therefore either: Change the requirement for stopping the timer to when your penguin has at least 500 more coins than at the start of the run. I believe this does not change the stopping point for minigames. Or, state that only minigames may be used to earn coins.
Also, the rules should ban any coins you receive in the mail, i.e. the Tour Guide and EPF salaries, and the 500 coins bonus for creating a new penguin.
The awards are from completing the bonus objective in each PSA mission. This category is like All Missions, except you also have to obtain the awards.

Are private servers allowed? They seem to run identically to CP, except some use old versions, some of which will have access to removed games. Also they have a quality setting which I can't find in normal CP. If this game remains after CP is closed, runs will have to be done on private servers.

For All Missions, does it need to be done from the EPF Command Room? The missions are also accessible here, which is still on Club Penguin. There's also the direct SWF files.
