1. Are private servers allowed? They seem to run identically to CP, except some use old versions, some of which will have access to removed games. Also they have a quality setting which I can't find in normal CP. If this game remains after CP is closed, runs will have to be done on private servers.

2. For All Missions, does it need to be done from the EPF Command Room? The missions are also accessible here, which is still on Club Penguin. There's also the direct SWF files.

I found an advantage with using the SWF files. I'm sure there are several like this but I have an example from mission 1.

You can see my cursor on the far left. In this version, I can exit the room halfway through the conversation, while that area is blocked off in other versions.
