1. Every game's All Levels category requires completing the levels rather than exiting early. The completion glitch requires exiting early so it doesn't count as finishing the level. I don't intend to add any categories for this glitch because

If you add subcategories to a category without any, all the existing runs are no longer visible as they have no subcategory attached. They still exist however and can be found on the user's profile page.

Balance Boat Time Attack used to use real time as well as in-game time, but real time has since been removed. The rules hadn't been updated to reflect this.

This game inherited the series mods. Woutt was a mod but isn't now, probably removed himself. If this game becomes active someone else will probably be modded.

As can be seen here, there are many different ideas about what constitutes 100% in a game like this. "All Unlocks" sounds ok, but it's contingent on runs being done like every other potential category.

The difficulty can be changed throughout the run.

It was never an argument for keeping it, it's just the reason the runs still appear: because they were not yet rejected along with the original run.

The run which was already rejected was 11.3.

There is another possibility which is only allowing picture proof for Cosmic Capers and Spring Time. These are the only minigames which appear in the records section. Other than that I can't see any justification for only allowing picture proof for certain minigames.
