Glitchless with ABH. All glitchless rules apply. ABH is allowed.

To prevent confusion, some extra rules:

• Time must obviously start at wakeup (when crosshair is gained) and when GLaDOS gets destroyed (when you lose crosshair)
• No ABH over goo, or any variations of that. All strats must be able to be done in regular Glitchless runs.
• ABH is mandatory and must be done in every chamber (excluding 7 and 8)
