So I have a duckyone 60% keyboard, and I can not do F3+H, F3+F and so on, only regular F3, is there a way to get my elgato stream deck to press F3+F in one press? made a macro for F3 and F, but can't combine them?

Theres a program called Key remapper that has plenty of videos on it. If you dont feel like downloading anything Ducky keyboards have a built in macro system, its a little complicated and annoying to use but works properly, videos exist on that too. Remember rebinds/macros can only have 1 input so just rebind F3 only and youll be set.
