Nah, you're wrong — in regular runs the timer starts when you move, but in this one the whole point is to die as fast as possible right after spawning
It’s not really a speedrun when everyone can load the same world and get the same time with just a bit of spawn location luck. Cool that you found a funny seed tho 👍
