Save-file for when I fully beat the game for myself at around 2018 or so. Played on VirtualBoyAdvance, file extension is "sa1" but you can probably modify the name so that it's compatible again with your emulator. The IL times are not good compared to what people report on retroachievements, so don't bother looking at them. Have fun, and please report any issues !
