KQ2 is more fun to run with ScummVM than KQ1 is, since the route is not as dependent on RNG. In fact, the ScummVM route is arguably less RNG-heavy than the Any% route is, which is the opposite of KQ1. Unfortunately, the route does have one major RNG event (apart from Hagatha 4 seconds into the run): Dracula being or not being in his coffin. The coffin not being open will cost several seconds, which at this level of optimization (and with little other RNG in the run) is very bad.
