The first recorded 0:01 in 1-1!
This took about twenty minutes (or more) to record because restarting the level plays the entire tutorial and getting the optimal spawn positions is up to RNG.
After getting the optimal spawn, the only way to kill all enemies in 1 second is by aiming high on the first banana so he goes into a low roll. A normal hit sends him upwards and he misses the others.
