The rest of commands that are not mentioned in this list are banned except for the many commands that are related to settings options and default controls like for example the say command. Obvious examples of banned commands are god and ghost command. It should come to no surprise why most commands are banned. Binds are allowed with the allowed commands.
It will no longer be a requirement to upload demos, but it is adviced to keep your demos in a folder inside your computer incase of cheating accusations. It will however be a requirement now to have audio in the video when a video is uploaded of the run.
