I feel like with perfect movement, and landing on the back of the passenger train to get more speed, would be able to yield a sub-minute time.

Also, that FPS counter looks funky because it uses fast flags to display, I've come to like it for taking up less room. The flag to display the FPS counter is FFlagDebugDisplayFPS, and that needs to be set to true.
