i recently submitted a speedrun of the game bubbun, but the only moderator hasn't been online for over a year. is there any other way for the run to be verified?

I was wondering if a low% or min bubbles category would work for bubbun? the rules would be that the least amount of bubbles used is best, and time to complete is secondary (as is usual with low% categories). the bubbles would only be counted if they were used to complete a room, if the runner dies or retries the room the bubble count for this room would be reset. this is because in the testing and routing I've done for this run I've found many difficult strats that would be annoying to do back to back.
