can u put console and emulator runs setup like smackdown vs raw2010 for everybody can see it right alway without using a filter?

so is this game timed in Real time attack or in game time? because the rules says two different things and can u fixed the rules for it can say thats the one? in the game rules it says real time and in the catgory rules it says in game time
