Like the others already said above, the faster the loading time is, the more sense it makes to use the ditman glitch since it requires you to open/close the inventory as much as you can. If you want to play the game and eventually endeavor to speedrun the game on a console with faster loading time, then it's gonna be worth a try for you, but if you're planning to play the game in earnest on a console with pretty much sluggish loading time, then it won't make much sense to stick to using the said glitch in every map, unless you're in an exceptionally vast map like where you encounter the Salvador for the first time in chapter 1-1.

Zero I talked with one of the guys on here on youtube about using the ditman glitch on PS2 the other day, and he said for the slow loading time on the PS2 it really didn't come in handy to use the glitch. if it takes only 10~12(or less than that) seconds to go to the other map, I guess it's faster to go without the glitch for the lags that the console is prone to have. :(

As alkaine already said, it's totally up to the types of the game (or challenge), how long the run would be and the moderators on the website. Some might take longer to be reviewed by the moderators for the said reasons, but I think they'd eventually do it as they're responsible for keeping track of the records submitted on the community :).

or if you have any queries / request on how you want your in-game records to be verified, perhaps it's better to ask the moderators in person. :)

I'm 23 now and I've been playing videos quite a lot since I was pretty small, but not to the extent that it has already become a part of me I can't take apart from myself anymore - just for relaxation and spending some time in a unique way that the "decent" adults won't do. :p

Well when it comes to the question of "am I going to keep playing video games", I'd say... maybe sure for some more time from now on, but in my view it still seems, that it's gonna turn out eventually better to spend my energy on other more "meaningful" things other from video gaming, I won't mind stopping playing videos when I become older and the time to make wiser decisions for my like has come. Or when I found something more important to deal with.

I can't answer the first and third question(with regards to the last question you can ask Auddy07 about the reason why he keeps his video private), but as for the 2nd one : it's best to be able to record a full gameplay of the run you'd like the mods to verify with a capture card or other devices that can substitute for that, but if you don't / can't record with a recording device for some reason, you can instead take a picture of the ending screen where it shows your record(time) as mrpokegamer already pointed out. But still I'd like to say it's better to use your recording device instead of just taking a snap of your record since you can prove your record to be outright legit without any cheats / glitches in your gameplay. :)

Like some of the others already said above I don't really think it's a wise choice to ask one of the mods here to verify your run on your twitter, since it's not really connected to gaming in general to say the least, and there are not so many people who know/ want to bother to get in touch with you as a person who likes to spend your time on video games, so I doubt it's gonna even pay attention of the others just to have a brief look at your runs you claim you did a fine job, it just sounds like a personal matter over there.

And on top of that, I think it's much fairer to share your runs on the gaming community you want your record to be verified so that people can see how you did achieve your goal / your progress you made till now, not only the moderators on the forum but also the others sharing a common interest with you and interested to see how others did in the games they like to play on a regular basis. :)

I don't remember all my history in video gaming but as far as I can recollect at the moment, probably no. I've never cried during the playthrough watching a certain series of cutscenes or by the sudden accidents happened while playing the main game, but that was rather some of the stunning soundtracks in the games I've played that almost moved me to tears. (the ending music in Resident Evil 2 / 3 when I was playing the game at age of around 10, for instance) only cutscenes that stirred up my heart was the sad endings of the scenario "Decisions and Decisions" in Resident Evil Outbreak File 1, but other than that basically no. (I found some of the cutscenes in Metal Gear Solid 4 touching, but I didn't get the gist of them since I'd never played any of the other games of the series but 4.)

I don't play video games that much so can't tell exactly, but from my gaming experience it seemed like some games have got nice music that can get people's hearts.

Welcome to the community, man :) I wasn't sure about the game until seeing the thread and have never played that game either, but I'm fond of horror games as well.

And if you want you can just try to invite the others / have audiences to your other playstreams of other games as well, so that you'll have more chances of getting in touch with people. :)

I'd say blue but black purple, and green are also my favorites.

Cooking, reading books, travelling, going to cinema, doing some sports and of course I've been into drawing just like you but have never used electronic stuff to create my works(I've been into pencil drawings btw), that's nothing special but all of those activities have been a treat to me :)

Speaking of the "talents" I really have no idea what to say, nor even if had I some I'd rather not brag of that by talking boastfully about that. :p

As already said by Timmy you better check out the specified rules of the gaming communities for each emulator you're going to use, in some of the games you've got shorter loading time on some consoles than on the others which is crucial and makes great difference for speedrunning, so make sure you play in as much the same condition as the other players to make it fair to everyone in that community. :)

As for the capture cards, if you just want to have your in-game records approved in the websites such as on this speedrun com you can use just about anything to "record/capture" something which can prove your record, but if you really think you want to get involved into the competition by "posting" your runs regularly, then I guess you better get a capture card as it's the normal way to share our game plays and show the others "how you did" in the games. :) (I've been playing the games every now and then too but still don't have a capture card either)

Also, welcome to the speed.run forum ! I hope you find the community helpful and rewarding for your speedrunning, gameplay and other things other than video gaming. ;)
