even if it was stopped...the mods re-time runs if there are timing interferences, they take the whole "run"/time, even if the game paused...so i'd say dont worry about chaning plugins!

FIrst: Does "Hey Buzz" have to be on a new game file? Another one: I'd like to update the category into "Green%", search for the green laser and shoot on Rex. How about it? As there are no runs yet, i don't think it'll be complicated to change the rules.
Second: The Toy2Trainer mentioned in the rules of "Hack%". Could you guys please add it to the Resources? Don't exactly know, what you're meaning and so can't find it on google...is it for the PC version? Cause for EMU the GameShark Codes are already included I know...but why exactly is pj1.6 banned btw? As it says "Use 1.7..."

It depends on which category you are running. Look at the Categories / Variables. Get what you like, run it, stream it, (time it), submit it where it fits.
"Any%" in speedrunning always means "AFAP (as fast as possible)". So wihtout collecting anything or at least collecting less than intended. Basically just do what you want (if the rules allow it - a good example here is the BLJ in SM64 and each category) to get to the finish AFAP.
Longer Categories are titled "All Dungeons" (Zelda) or "Dark Side" (SMOdyssey).
And to get everything, even if it doesn't help you in-game, is called "100%", which could be considered "All Color Coins" in here.
