So when I uploaded my run 11 months ago, I thought the catagory used the Ingame Timer, however upon rechecking the rules it is listed as Real Time Atack.

Is this a change that only took place in the past few months, or did I missread the rules? If it was changed did older runs get 'grand-fathered' in?

Hey, I am interested in running this game (already practicing) and I am woindering if in New Game + mode is the Infinite FC Wig against the rules? I ask because non of the rules state it is (as far as I can tell) but I also understand that using said wig is VERY broken (in the right hands)

Let me know. since my current strat revolves around it. Of course I can and will mod my strat around not using the wig.

The only thing I can justify using it is that a speedrun is al about beating th egame as quickly as humanly possible, and that wig makes the run so much faster

Hello, I have decided to run this game, and I was wondering if there are any tips for runners who are just beginning?

I have beaten it a few times now

I did not know that it loops, that's kind of a bummer

Also is Game C a viable Kill Screen Run? If so can I propose it for a new catagory at some point in the future?

How long/many attempts did it take you?

I've heard it is borderline soul shattering to finally reach, but I am determined to reach it (the highest level I've reached as of now is 63) but I am getting a tad discouraged.

I have noticed a few runs on this leaderboard have the player sitting right at the screen.

I propose we institute a 6ft minimum distance from the screen (not including arm length)

I only propose this because sitting that close to the screen offers an unfair advantage and goes against the spirit of Duck Hunt which is a skill game focused on Speed and Accuracy.

All records should remain standing (I'm not a monster) but all new records should be at that distance (6ft) from rule institution onwards

I almost always hold the Zapper like an actual pistol. Arms extended, left eye closed using the sights. However I have dabbled in holding it "like a rifle" but I found that uncomfortable.

Is it random or is it scripted?
