i can't get the game to run as fast as it's supposed to. It lags really badly. Any help?

It's not the rom I think the soft reset messed with the settings somehow because I tried TASing to find if Japanese text is faster and that is where I warp to on english

I tried to TAS the game but there is a problem with my Japanese rom and I don't know how to fix it. When ever I hit my hot key for frame advance after a certain frame it takes me to the last time I soft reset the game and I have no clue why

we could also use tas to guarantee if getting a certain score is faster. I remember B or lower being faster but when i accidentally got an a it felt faster and we can find what really are the fastest minigames.

I think that condition is unnecessary as it does not contribute to how you beat the game like no S+Q does and only loses time because getting A is slower. Just because it is "easy" doesn't mean there should be unnecessary requirements to be added.

i think with toad and without toad should be sub categories for each category. Some people can't get toad and it would be unfair to give those who have toad and advantage

I think we should have all 3 parts under one game because technically they are the same game and have one category for all the games any% and misc categories for every part

as far as i know your only requires you to reset your account for 100% so you can get on a completed file and play through all the levels and get just the black coins.

NES versions of the game have the 2-2 never ending minus world while in the fds version of the game it takes you to the normal minus world you see in runs

If you get stuck that means you did not move to the right enough and there was too much of the block hanging off. It happens to me a lot.

livesplit should work with mac and it would work the same that it does on windows. If it does not then look for a different timer like Wsplit or SplitterZ until you find one that does work on mac

I agree with overworld with the fact that I can record my 3DS but it would be a pain so I chose not to. If people choose to not record it because it is not required then they should not be punished if it is required later because it was acceptable at that time.
