I must agree with JayJane4 and Drakodan and many things others have said. I must add though, the runs are connected to sites that already have that stuff. For example, most runs are from YouTube, which already has a like button. So adding one to speedrun.com wouldn't make much sense. I still don't see why not though!

Basically, the same rules as my stream. Rule 1: Don't be a dick. Rule 2: Please don't be a dick. Rule 3: For all that is holy, don't be a dick. Any questions? Just don't do anything stupid like threatening to kill someone. Things like submitting an invalid run, no big deal. Your run will just be rejected. :) Glad to have you on speedrun.com! Remember it's about having fun not being the best.

Many would suggest running a game you really enjoy because speedrunning a game means you play that game A LOT! Pokemon has a great community that is willing to lend a hand to newcomers I hear. Since you enjoy those games I'd suggest starting there. I hope you have fun! :)

No, but I've wanted to. I must say I do enjoy the bright colors and mechanics in SMS. I'd love to see them use the FLUDD in more games.
SUPER MARIO 64! :D I even sent an email to the voice actor Charles Martinet thanking him for cheering me up every day. Anytime I was sad I'd come home from school turn on the game and jump around listening to Mario go WOO HOO! YA HA! WOOPIE! Anytime I'd feel tense I'd go and sit in Jolly Roger Bay, listening to the song, Dire Dire Docks. For years of my life, I played SM64 and I've never got tired of it.The more I learned about it the more I loved it. It truly revolutionized the gaming world and even technology in general. It has so many mechanics that I'd love to see in other games. This game truly goes behind anything people thought it would have. The fun game play withstands the test of time. The nostalgic fun upbeat music and voice or Mario is amazing. The game is perfect for speedrunning or a casual player. The movement of Mario is so good. Every course was constructed beautifully and unique in every way. Item placement is well done. Iconic well-designed enemies. Fun bosses and places to explore. The bright colors and wonderful art design. This game is everything I could ever want. The only issue with the game is the outdated graphics and coding. Quite honestly I could name off a million different things I personally love about this game, but I think I've made the point clear enough already. This is my favorite game and I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
I'll admit the camera is also a bit annoying. :P

insert compilation of me raging here< OH, positivity sorry! Just the friends I've made in the past two years. This speedrunning community is really something you really made me feel welcome. It's like a big family, to be honest. Some of us don't really get a long here and there but for the most part, I've found we're all pretty close. It's just been a blast. I really hope to make many more friends here on speedruns.com.
Of course, how can I forget our two year anniversary. Referring to my fiance of course. As I don't have much money I made her a video that didn't really come out too well. Hopefully, she enjoys it anyways though.

About a year ago, hardly gotten anywhere with it. That's fine though. The only reason I started was to make friends and hopefully make a career out of it. By the look of things, I think I completed one of those goals. That is what's important to me.
