Basically they were moved because these categories don't actually involve beating the game. one is lose a game, which... isn't beating the game, and the other is essentially lose the game 9 times in a row, which is also.. not beating the game.
it's 10 points for a 90 degree turn, 25 for a 180, and 50 for a 360. and 25 for a killing blow. killing blow doesnt stack with anything else.
Yeah I could have sworn that anything over a 360 spin counts only as a 360 spin.
can you also add Commodore 64? i think i am going to run the game on that system. i don't like the way that website emulates the sound.
I can't find any copies of this game for the NES, or a ROM for an NES Emulator, nor any record of one existing. I would very much like to play the game on my NES Emulator and can't find a way to do so.
Wikipedia says the games were only released for Arcade, Commodore 64, IBM PC, Mobile Phone, Sord M5, PlayStation.
I am quite confused and want to play this game. Please can you help?
yeah i knew there was a pal release due to there being a european rom.
Can we have a category for the good ending? here is a run of it
The general rule of using emulators and things of that nature across the board has always been "If you can't do it with an original cart on original hardware then it is going outside the capabilities of everything original and therefore isn't allowed." We had a similar situation pop up the other day which led to the creation of a general rule set for NES runs. Whether the save states changed the RNG or not doesn't really matter. It's using a tool outside the capabilities of original cart and console so technically it is tool assisted.

Here is the VOD of the whole stream. It looks like he is using some sort of combination of buttons to load a save state. I do not know a lot about everdrives or any other NES flash cart, but that's what it seems like. there is a point where his capture card blinks out on an earlier run so it doesn't look like emu. He starts running it at about 3H15M in give or take and does it for the remainder of this VOD
if there isnt any huge differences in version besides characters available you can submit them. if there are differences then we'll have to make a seperate board.
start with speed pool and get a feel for the game. it's really straight forward.
Can we have a vs cpu category?
Edit: in all the other nes WoF games please?
To be honest I think there should only be 2 categories. One being 1 win and the other being 9-0. Because those are the only actual win conditions. That's my opinion though.
I am thinking that the only 2 categories we need are fast money win and $20,000. The others seem superfluous. Was thinking about changing snes version to be that way.
i agree with rottdawg
