You can just submit it as Japan for the region since they’re both ntsc and the same version (except for the language difference)

I can possibly add the events table tennis, badminton, and 1964 volleyball, but like manucoel said rugby and football there isn't really a way to speedrun them. Only way I could see that is the fastest time to score a point or x amount of points which I don't know how much attention those events would get. They can definitely be added though if there is enough demand for it.

People in the discord believe that the downhill skiing world record by Sofjetijsbeer was played on an emulator. The movements appear too precise and quick to be performed on a wiimote and nunchuk. I personally don't have deep knowledge of this game and am rather just reporting what people from the discord have been saying. If the mods could look further into the run to determine if its emulated or not that would be great.

@Frozzle I think that would be more of a category extension thing as it would fill up the board with too many categories and also I don't believe it would peak in interest with majority of runners.

a mod can correct me if I'm wrong on this but this leaderboard is dedicated to only time based events so highscore based events like figure skating wouldn't be on here, to find a board for that I would recommend going to cyberscore.

New rule has been added to help reduce the chance of turbo controllers being used.

"Before starting a run go to "controllers" on the switch main page to verify that an official nintendo controller is being used."

This will be done on all runs

In the rules it does say to use IGT so I fixed the runs on the leaderboard to go by IGT.

@CodyCruickshank I don't know what you're talking about, only official Nintendo controllers are allowed so turbos wouldn't even be used. It also doesn't say anywhere that they are allowed.

I've had this issue before, try searching "obs studio black screen display capture" and trying methods from videos or forum pages to fix it. Not every method works so it's just taking the time to find the one that works for you.

I did a simple calculation with the start and end frames you gave and that does come out to a 9.84, that shouldn't be possible pauseless though as from what 8bit has tested there is no way to save 2 frames without the pause.
