I see that the timer uses the hidden IGT which is slower than real time, and the correction of the time discrepancy isn't done in AC6.

That's OK as long as it's fair.

I found that the LRTs are delayed by 12 seconds every 5 minutes compared to the real times. Is this an expected behavior?

Raging Storm: Love has a critical bug where the first die sometimes does not hit regardless of the roll. This is due to asynchronous processing masking a programme mistake that is impossible for players to deal with (I'm not familiar with asynchronous processing in Unity, sorry if I'm wrong). So I made a patch to fix this bug, but the current rules don't allow it to be used. First, two Walter's pages are sufficient; one is also fine, but in that case another page such as Gyeong-mi or Olga must be substituted. Then, only one Walter's book is needed for the progression; there is no need to keep two. Also, be sure to obtain five Zwei Fixer's pages before burning Walter's books. Doing this will increase your chances of getting Walter's pages.

But even taking that into account, the odds of getting two key pages are not very high, so it is fine to refight if you don't want to restart over and over again.
