Agreed, Fight Club is the worst part of hundo IMO, you can get trolled hard especially by the guys with a knife.
The first option sounds good, never tried thought of using Henrique. One way to be optimal between cooldowns is to use the henrique vehicles in Bohan and Dukes when there aren't that much good sports cars spawning and taxi warp to the north marker in Alderney where there is a somewhat bigger chance of a sports car to spawn (F620's tend to spawn there, if lucky as always) and than use that for the next mission and after that hope that the cooldown is done.
But doing skydiving, triathlons, friend activities and missions between each Drug War would be the best option to kill time IMO. How long is the cooldown usually?
Due to multiple runners having an interest into doing TBoGT hundo, I tried to put together a small and quick doc of what the current route looks like.

What I want to add is that at multiple parts in this route I have improvised multiple times due to time of day: I try to do Club Management as soon as possible, so the amount of Base Jumps and Drug Wars you can do between missions and CM mostly depends how zoomy you are going and if you have any deaths. Same goes for random encounters, I haven't yet found the perfect time for each of them.
Also a side note, I will add pigeon map and when I did what ASAP.

Maybe at full health Momma's Bros you could win the third guy and kill Santo? That might be faster plus you could yolo the next couple of missions without worrying about health
Any% is still only being routed/developed but yet you already aren't a fan of it? Maybe until Xmas there will be fun skips/glitches found that might increase your interest for it or the need of a glitchless category.

A super late vote from me, for now I will actually go with the 2nd option, no matter which platform it is, but time should be added.

As far as category names and timing rules or rules in general goes, I am down for whatever the active runners think is appropriate to be, as the core runner base is very little at the moment and it is better to experiment and change rules while DS speedrunning is in its early stages.
About the dealer, it turns out I have written about the same dealer twice, I might just implement him into the route so there isnt any confussion about him.
I will take a look on where certain missions end and if its near the HoboTron, Excess Deliveries and The Warehouse Raid. I am unsure of any fixed taxi spawns, but seeing as they spawn pretty frequently it shouldnt be a problem doing it anytime in the run, the only thing is figuring out when it is the most appropriate.
On a side note, its the end of semester for me at uni, so I probably won't have time to do this for the next 2 - 3 weeks or maybe even a month, so if anyone is interested in taking over this or helping me in tweaking the route to speed this up would be greatly appreciated.
Nice find, this map does seem a lot better for usage in the doc. As far as I see, it is missing the PSP exclusive time trials and rampages (?).
As for the scratch cards, I think we could probably do it after Under the Gun as the store that sells the lottery tickets is nearby and its almost the beggining of the game. Also the money isnt that much of an issue as you have 150$ after the mission and thats enough for 10 scratches.
About the medic, I will try to check it out after I redo the route of some of the disricts, if any particular district route ends with a rampage, we could deathwarp from it and do medic.

I admit that I have been lazy for these days when it comes to updating the route, but I will add the improvements of both firefighter (in this case I think I will need to rework the route of that district in the future) and vigilante, as it is faster to do them after those missions.
Also another improvement, as far as I remember it - you can do Paramedic after Flatliner, as the Ambulance spawns West from the garage/ Zhou's house
About Win the House meme, I think it is a preference when to do it, it could be somewhat okay for someone to do it in the middle of the run in case he/she wants to eat etc and not lose any time

From my point of view, a crash should only affect RTA and that there is no need for time to be added to in game time, especially looking at the fact that IGT is only counted when you are directly playing the game, not when in menu or even doing a minigame.
If a crash and the time spent restarting PSP is considered time spent in menu/paused then there isnt really a need to add time.
It is different, there are less rampages and time trials in Mobile version. It basically has the same content as the DS version as far as I know, because it also doesnt feature Melanie's missions and the additional 2 Chan's missions. I am not entirely sure about the Lions of Fo as I have never finished CTW on Mobile myself.

I agree to Jolzi, this should stay up until the marathon is over atleast, also Ingame hundo might appeal or atleast raise curiosity to viewers/runners/gamers in general who have never really seen GTA speedruns just because of the way 100% is achieved in this category. It won't really hurt anyone to keep this up for few weeks anyways if it doesn't gain any popularity.
What does this have to do with anything speedrun related or the game itself in general?
