Very recently we have decided to time runs in IGT along with RTA. The reason we have decided to do this is because of how unreliable the load times and time in orbit is. I have posted in the resources page of the site a time calculator that will help you time the IGT of the runs. IGT will be timed by adding all of the mission times together which is in the same rules as if you were timing IL times. For runs like the All Story Ultras run you go to orbit once you kill the ultras you need to in the level and check what your IGT was in the mission report. We still recommend that you also time the run in RTA as well so you can have a time with loads and orbit.
I hope this clears up any questions that you have with the new timing rules.
IGT is timed the same way as IL's but with all the times for each mission added together just like the way i time the segmented speedrun.
It's under the misc category in the full-game leaderboard.
It's requested that you time in both RTA and IGT. IGT is the time that will be ranked in the leaderboard but there are 2 NG+ all level runs that were timed in RTA before we came up with doing IGT aswell.
EDIT: If the ultra that you have to kill is not the final kill in the mission you go to orbit and check your mission report and record your time into the time calculator I added into the resources page on the site.
I agree. This is the first instance I've heard of of cheating in destiny speedruns.
Alright then I'll add it to the site but just for a solo run at the moment until someone runs co-op.
This sounds like a really interesting idea I like it. I'm all for this run being on the site we just have to get FleshCrunch to agree on this to. If this does get accepted it will be timed in both RTA and in-game time which you can get by adding all the mission times together.
I do request that you also time the run in RTA along with the mission times added up just so it can make the leader board look more complete since we've got 2 full game runs that are timed in RTA. I hope you don't mind.
NG+ all missions is every mission in the base game excluding raids and strikes.
I liked your idea about cutting out orbit times and just adding mission times together. It's a thought I've had for a while. We'll have to get the other mod to agree with timing just mission times.
for NG+ all missions you beat every story mission in the base game so no dlc missions.
we do have a NG+ category on the full game leaderboard under Misc categories.
Good luck on running the game :)
I have been heavily routing vengeance and so far I've brought time down to 8:53 with a death at the sniper area the best thing ive found is you need to be level 20, you need the upgraded enhanced remote hijack to take out the ASP really fast, extended camo for the stealth sections, overkill perk so u can have a AR or smg, a drakon with a thermal scope, extended mag, and FMJ to kill the robots and snipers fast, upgraded traversak enhancement and copycat tac-rig.
100% means that on every level in the game including the dlc levels you get 100% on the meter which if done on new game would unlock the next level.
any% SMAC is just get 100% on the meter in all the SMAC levels
any% DERC is the same as any% SMAC but with the DERC levels instead
any% ASPA is the same as the other 2 but with the ASPA levels
is their gonna be a NG+ section for IL or do they combine with just the normal any% cause i have an NG+ time for vengence with a time of 9:38
if u feel like the time difference is a signifigant difference go for it u can set it up like Any% PC, Any% Console, 100% PC, 100% Console.
all of the missions that aren't on this list are not repeatable missions
If you think atleast some people would run it u can add them in
yea i've had these skips since march but the sda forums for this game died out
I don't run the game i just find skips for it i enjoy this game to much to ruin it by running it
yea you can you might have to be super mod
submit a run but put his name instead of yours
good luck I'm pretty sure all of them save time other then ch 2 sec 1 but are really hard to get fast in a run.
