California, USAI thought that DLC bonus money was banned already in GTA 5 runs. Why not just carry that over to this category.
In light of these incredibly offensive rules, I would also like to request that All Burglaries% be removed, as it insinuates that because CJ is of a darker skin color, he must enjoy robbing houses for cash. Please either remove the category or change it to Helping CJ in his Time of Need%, or Infinte Sprint%.

I say no but I'm not a runner per say. Someone start a thread with yes or no options.
The next time it happens, maybe go to another site (youtube or something) and see if that loads correctly. If it doesn't then it's most likely a connection problem. If it does, then it's obviously something else.

Hello. The way you submit a run is to go to the game/category you want and click on submit run. Then put the video of your run in the "video link" section, and fill in the rest of the corresponding information. For connecting with the community, there are many different ways to do that. One is by posting a topic on the forums https://www.speedrun.com/Portal/forum . Another may be connecting with a member of the Portal community on Discord, or by joining the Portal Discord, alhough I'm not sure if there is one. Hopefully this helps!
