I've made a TAS for a mobile game before I did it by modding the game using APK Easy Tool and dnSpy

I think recording on phone will be fine as long as it's clear and the mods can tell what's going on. If you can't record for more than 2 minuets maybe try changing some of the settings on it

Try using the xbox screen recorder thingy, it's Windows + G to open and I use it
