No, you're supposed to do what the site admin said and chill out for a bit.
If you really want a resolution, doing the one thing the site admin has asked you to stop doing (spamming this thread) will not help your cause. It's conflict resolution 101, when people are angry nothing productive will happen so everyone chills out for a bit then we see what happens.
You download a split program. Most popular is Livespilt, some people prefer to use an older one called Wsplit. A quick Google search of either will bring them right up for download.

I mean he's asking to be banned so I might as well help him along and speed up the process http://www.speedrun.com/user/SuperGamerLevel99
Ask in the forums for the game or directly talk to a moderator of the game (forum is usually best starting place).
Hey now, OOT Dank% is far from stupid, it's the most prestigious run I've ever done
Kappa
Discord is where all that happens, forums are for questions mostly.
Nice spam post tho.
Record a video of you doing a speedrun and then go to the RE7 page and hit "submit run"
The marathon concluded yesterday, a big thank you to Kasa for organizing it.
All of the runs can be found on this playlist for anyone interested in seeing them https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8PZB25uZuZ5oqH6oeSTS0B--lRlNfF_k
Not saying there is a downside, just that a lot of mods have the thought of "I dont want to clutter the LB with a lot of categories that only have 1 or 2 runs".
But I agree that having all those categories really isnt that big of a deal.
90% sure it's a bot http://www.speedrun.com/user/lauralolyvrataric
At least in the case of OOT and Im pretty sure SMB, the "memeboards" were made as a way to prevent the main LBs from having like 2 dozen Misc. categories.
Maybe not the best approach to handling it, but idk of a better one of the top of my head aside from adding a ton of Misc. categories to the games.
Just a warning, a number of n64 games don't show emulator runs by default on the LBs or they don't allow them.
The reason for this is that n64 emulation is still a little inaccurate and usually only certain emulators like PJ 1.6 or 1.7 are allowed (the newer ones optimize the games to run faster than console). Just just check with any games you get suggested to make sure they allow emulator in some way otherwise you might end up investing time in learning and doing a run only to find out it's not accepted.
Oh, didnt know those two were the same thing
Succinct and andy hit the nail on the head.
Our use of the word is all about context and gaming's relation to speedrunning.
You're taking the word out of context, giving it a meaning that you yourself think is negative, and then trying to shove that out of context interpretation down everyone's throat. Also your constant condescending tone is becoming insufferable.
