Kirkq checks this thread usually once a week. Please be patient.
If your VOD is in two parts, then you can usually link the first part in the "video link" part of the submission and put the second part in the comments section of the submission.
But if you want to be sure that it's fine, you can always ask in the game's forums and a mod should be able to help you.
What do you mean you are unable to upload your time?
If the mods are rejecting it for no video then unfortunately your only option is to get a video before submitting. I have no idea if SM64 requires video, but it looks like the only 70 star runs without video are ones from many years ago. This website didn't exist in its current form years ago so for runs that are 2+ years old, they were probably approved on an older website and based on older rules. They were just ported over here when this website came to be and since they are legacy runs that were verified at one time, they weren't removed or anything.
If you have any more questions about why your run was rejected, I'd recommend asking the game's moderators or asking in the SM64 forums.
If you want to add a category to a game, then you should contact the moderators/make a forum post requesting them to add it. It'll help if you provide a run to go with it so it doesn't seem like you're requesting the category for no reason.
I thought I remembered a post where someone accidentally deleted something from the boards like a whole category or something and it was able to be recovered, i have no idea if that can work here or if Im even crazy and that never happened to begin with.
Can confirm I see them all again.

Also, this bot thread didnt get fully deleted because someone did a meme response to the thread http://www.speedrun.com/Streaming/thread/wrno9
I mean, if you would view tons of people sending you friend requests on XBL or PSN as a bad thing then just don't add them to your profile. It's not a problem at all, just dont do it if you dont want it, that's why all these social media links are optional.
Its a silly flash game, sure, they're mememing the hell out of the board but it's hardly the end of the world.
I agree it needs to be addressed, but a silly flash game being memed on is hardly a "REALLY REAL big issue".
You can run on English, the versions have no differences other than text speed.
