If it was a feature to separate them in one table then yes sure, otherwise it is just bad presentation of what actually is RTA and what's segmented - people go to leaderboards and 98% of time they only look on first time there, they don't care if it is rta or segmented that is written in some column - that causes misunderstanding in forums/chats/youtube comments.
If you want to run segmented in a game that has ILs you should just do that instead, what ImFuryPro was doing is other thing - he just doesn't understand difference between single-segment speedrun and single-segment video (or he does understand and tries to look better than he is, but I have no idea if he is good or bad at a game, cause he haven't beaten any run legitemately so far).
So segmented stays segmented - moreover it should be in misc. RTA/SS in serious sam is enough of an arbitrary category to be honest, because you get refill on every stage. So it basically makes RTA/SS an IL rush. Doing segmented IL rush makes no sense, so we won't be doing that.

Sure, but rule should state something like "if no saves/loads used during the run add both RTA and IGT, otherwise ONLY RTA" Might change that by myself tomorrow or so, when I'm not on a phone :D
SDA haven't updated their rules ever since they were written, and actual misunderstandings already had place (yet rules were only fixed for 100% I believe), so you are not first, you are not last, that's alright. For the fact that rules here were incomplete - yeah, now I sort of realised that name "Single-segment" never stated a proper explanation of what that segment is, so yeah.

Don't want to insult ImFuryPro - runs are good, BUT they are not single-segment (don't state for our single-segment rules at least). I'll change times, so that they are accurate (since I messed with them). Hope you understand.
Ewil - thanks for those IL tables - great job you are doing! About HD - don't know, me and freezard were doing fine on those, guess no harm to it though. About 2 - yeah sure.

In fact - that's first time I see someone actually doing that, so I'm truly shocked. That's actually why I created timing thread, where I suggested adding both IGT and RTA
To ImFuryPro - show me that SDA thread please, it seems that it is not everything that's written there and if so I'll contact them, since that NEVER been the case and was always restricted by community of a game (which normally goes through SDA submissions more closely than I do here).
I wouldn't go as low as calling someone a cheater, but we have reasons to believe that those runs are FAKE and are montaged (we have music resets/ammo bumps in corner with no reasons, also final Playing Time is significantly different). I was actually contacted by FootBigMike about that before, but he didn't state it THAT badly, so I was like "sure I'll look into it when I have time" and created threads.
As for now I will change times of all these runs for what Playing Time shows. If you don't like that, ImFuryPro, you are free to remove your runs. Wouldn't go further in speech until you answer with SDA thread you were talking about.
Hello, I want to ask you all here 1 question.
In classic series after you finish game, which of 2 timers, that are shown on stat-screen, is more accurate?
Right now the rule "IGT if no loadings" seems a bit nazi. I was considering doing that for a long time now and will be adding separate IGT and RTA columns, also "Has manual loadings" variable with yes/no answer.
Please spread that post to other runners, I need info about that. (REALLY NEED EVEN)

Thanks for adding my run, it was half-improvised long time ago, but pretty neat that somebody got to series aswell. You may add me as a moderator, I'll work around IL tables and will make things look a bit better ;)
As for now main difficulties are Tourist, Normal and Serious as they add the most reasonable Difficulty curve to the game, changing some strats and making some impossible, also adding some challenge to game other than tricks.
There was a discussion long time ago between me and Freezard, after which we decided that for ILs main difficulties will be Tourist and Serious as the biggest Curve between tricks/survival, though that was about HD series which don't allow to RJ on Tourist, yet it's the easiest difficulty to do harpy/gnaar fly tricks.
For ILs having something inbetween would make no sense, since you can grind it on easiest for speeds and on hardest for challenge (Mental is hardest since difficulty doesn't differ from Hard (not Serious) + enemies become invisible from time to time).
For HD games adding fullgame Normal and Serious makes no sense so far, because they are just much longer. Maybe they will be added under Misc if interest to those categories will appear at all.
I created Serious for both TFE and TSE. Also added Mental, but I'd explain why did I add it in Misc categories in other thread.
