We're working on it as we speak. Things exploded once the game came out and it's been crazy trying to get everything straightened out, especially since we're finding new stuff all the time. The moving the category thing I'll look into right now though. Should be a piece of cake now that I have time to look at it
Edit: That suggestion about the boards has been implemented now. Sorry it took so long. A number of other people were asking about that too, so I probably should've done it sooner!

I use an Xbox One Elite controller. I jumo with A and dash with X. Right trigger shoots, left uses Super/EX moves. Right bumper locks, left one swaps weapons

Categories are in the works. If you haven't voted in the poll yet, please do. Once that gets settled, We'll work on getting new categories out ASAP. We're striving for a good balance between fun, inclusive categories and having a good number of categories. Glitchless/No Major Glitches is something we are considering, but would be on the later side of those additions due to needing to work out more detailed rules for them (i.e. what constitutes a glitch/major glitch)
Actually, just start at Kettle House for now. It's more fair that way.
To start a clean file on expert, though, load up a level select screen and move the cursor to Expert. Instead of going to fight the boss, back out, and switch to a clean file. As long as you don't change difficulties, you should be able to play on expert on that file
There's a glitch that allows you to start a clean file on Expert. So you can do that or just start from the kettle house for now. I'll work on clarifying that as we add categories and such
There's currently a poll going on right now through the 14th (just so everyone has plenty of time to have their voices heard). It shouldn't be too long after that. Some things like 100% just come down to how to define it, so we can get a good start on that now in order to have that ready to go not long after the polls. Some other things may take a bit more time though

Seriously though, I like meme categories and all, but this seems a bit too out there for me. We have much bigger things to figure out than this. Maybe one day though

The only problem I have with only doing categories that make it impossible to perform WSG is that I feel it takes away too much of the game
I apologize for any confusion. By "Main Cateogry," I just meant anything that isn't Miscellaneous. I see no reason why WSG and non-WSG "main" categories couldn't co-exist, as long as they are separate.
It turns out that the game doesn't check to see how many bosses you've killed when you enter Hell. For example, going from W1 to W2, it checks to see if you have all 5 killed, regardless of whether you have the contracts. From W3 to Hell, however, it doesn't check, mainly because it checks for contracts at King Dice. At that point in the game, you'd either have all the contracts and are good to go, or you don't and it won't let you proceed. There's no reason to check going into Hell then, since it's just going to do it again a few seconds later.
What this means for the categories is that if you can get to the entrance to Hell without killing all 7 World 3 bosses, you can still enter. It turns out, you can. So Simple All Bosses requires you to have all 7 defeated, whereas Simple only requires 3.
Working backwards from Hell, you need: ¤ Train to open the path to Hell ¤ Actress to open path to Train ¤ Bee to open path to Junkyard skip, which puts you in front of Actress
As far as the King Dice bosses are concerned, I believe I mention it in the poll I just posted, but looking at my game, it doesn't seem that those "bosses" count towards completion percentage at all, nor do they appear on the Boss List in the equip menu. Mechanically, they're different from bosses too. Bosses have multiple phases and beating them ends the level. With the KD bosses, they only have one phase and you don't beat the level after defeating them. In some sense, they're acting as the phases for King Dice himself
A theoretical name for that category could be All Fights or something like that
