Doesn't a cop car usually come driving up to you after doing the shooting during The Pick Up? How about you take that and start vigilante to disable the mission start marker?

Pizzaboy is nearby and gives plenty of opportunity to set up a rampage replay. If you set it up on the drive by replay near Avery's, you can do the rampage during Paramedic Kreygasm This is really nice and the teleporting adds some funny element to the boring mission :D
Turns out rampage starting only gives one clip of ammo instead of 30k, so doing the rampage during paramedic is a no go. Still it's probably better to do it with the driveby one since the other options (Chainsaw, Sniper, SPAZ12, Ruger dont allow sprinting and the .357 is a bit further away from Pizzaboy already)
Scratch that, you need the chainsaw rampage to saw the doors off your ambulance.
Ok nvm, if you buy a safehouse with the rampage glitch you get to keep your ammo. So use the driveby rampage to buy El Swanko Casa and then set up a save replay right after. Enter ambulance and do the rampage while doign paramedic. YOu can get rid of your doors gta3 style.
Correction: For some reason the gang members stop spawning if you do this, so you're gonna have to do it at some other point anyway. Probably still best to do it with the uzi rampage though because sprinting.
You do not need Candy at the apartment, just her Stretch, so drive it yourself.
Plus sides: Drive yourself during the autoscroller Minus sides: No helicopter so the next part will be slow, cant pick up hidden packages, need to find a flamethrower somewhere.

Frame limiter ON just for the purpose of competition. There's no major benefit to running at 1000 FPS (unlike Tomb Raider 2013 (from what I understood) or Half-Life), so might as well force the frame limiter on and allow people with weak PCs to join the competition.
Runs should stay under the legacy thing. 30 FPS was allowed back then, so don't punish them. Ultima has shown us that it is still very possible to beat those times on 25 fps.
I am in favor of keeping a google doc to the side with the second degree arbitrary categories (like all robberies, RTLS%, Destroy all Blista Compacts that you see%, etc), until they become big enough to be included on the actual leaderboards site (like VC all packages, GTA4 classic%, etc). This to avoid clutter and having unused categories on the main leaderboards.

I rerejected the run and specified a gimmick reason, it still doesn't show up.
I have a rejected run of VC mission% on the list. So I submitted a 1 second mission% run as a test and had that one accepted.
The reason still showed on my old mission% run.
I think it's possible to make someone mod only for GTA5.

Right clicking the .exe and disabling both Visual Themes and Desktop composition does the trick for me.
I never hear people say to disable both, only just one of them.
