actually the spring was normal in the kongregate version but not on steam its being weird

yeah i have/am doing both of those. Maybe its my computer lagging. Also the penguin is in the like top right of the screen, is there any way to center him?

So I've been getting back into speedrunning this game but when I watched the number 1 speedrun for 200k I saw that the spring almost immediately shot the penguin up. Whenever I try to speedrun the game, the screen shakes a bunch and doesn't do anything for like 0.4 seconds then slowly shoots off and this makes me lose like half a second or more every time I get shot off the spring. Is there like an option I am missing or is my game just broken.

Yes, it used to upgrade al the way when I played last year but it doesn't now. But it does show the copy icon.

Ok, so I have the record on 4,000,000 and I can't get 200,000. When I buy the spring at the beginning holding down shift it doesn't upgrade it to 3 until I actually press the upgrade button. I use Kongregate so it might be exclusive on steam but is there a way to fix this?
