I do take your point on this one - that the game could be completed fully on certain instruments. Looking at the scoreboard it does seem fiercely rare that someone would ever be able to do it so should the day come where someone is actually able to complete it then the category would be justified in returning but for now, I don't think it's needed.
Yeah, you're right - just looked into it. It's a previously mentioned category in other rock band games so I imagined It would fit here quite well too - thanks for correcting me, I'll remove the category and find a more manageable challenge category to do.
Also, I've modified the instrument variable to include a 'multi' in the same way the Rock Band 3 page has for band runs, ignore that if anyone submits a singleplayer run.
That's actually a mistake on my part - I've just applied the variable to everything Should be fixed soon!
Completely sensible request, I'll update the categories. Oddly a similar thing to what I've already done has been done with Rock Band 2 and 3 even though (as you've pointed out) it doesn't make much sense. Obviously there is minimal community interest in this game and the series in general so it's not been an issue before.
Firstly I want to say hi again, not posted much on here in the last 8 months! I wanted to mention that the Individual level submitted records and times are not exclusive to this website, if any of you have ever been on the old leaderboards over here: ( http://merqurycity.com/ssx_forum/scoreboard.php?game=2&track=2 ) , you'll see that mostly all of the times on here have been beaten. I think it would be best to provide a link on the srcom page (here) (as the SSX Tricky moderators have done in a similar sense) to those leaderboards so people can cross-reference times. I am also aware that the old leaderboards are now inactive so it may also be an idea to put the records from the old website on here as non-user runs, which the mods are capable of doing. All just suggestions but I think it makes sense to do, as games predating this website have done a lot.

Hi all, the epic release of the bug DLC for TABS has been interesting and amazing to use. Effectively I believe it should not be allowed much at all In speedruns but this will be very hard to police because some changes are very subtle, such as fast archers. If you guys have any counterarguments or believe it should be allowed I'd been keen to listen. Part of the reason I haven't already disallowed it is because I can't change the rules on April Fools' Day, so this is a good time to discuss it. Additionally, if I don't receive any responses then it will likely have to remain conditionally banned to use the dev tools or DLC bugs; meaning, if at all possible, to show some evidence of all bugs being 'off' before future runs, or to show that you don't have the DLC (absence in the settings menu) would be greatly appreciated! It's a fair comment to make, it does differ from other any% ideas and the category shouldn't really be called any%, but it's not the specifications which are a problem, it's just the category name. It's just about killing the level bosses as quickly as possible, in a sense that would be what you'd do in another game to win, perhaps that's why it transfers over here.
So your video is within the beta release of the game, the game outside of beta (i.e first release) was put on steam on the 25th of January, and that version has two more levels. Your run is the first level of the game, in the current release I think. In the beta you've played, that was the whole game. I think that level is identical for the most part with some changes and more tutorial text.
To avoid offending anyone or doing anything huge without people's foreword, I've only added a brief any% and 100% categories thus far, along with each IL counterpart. If anyone has any run improving glitches or anything substantial, or if any people want to submit a run with glitches then go right ahead and I may change the categories. Thanks!
So an update on secret units: For now, I think I'll say that they're allowed on the condition that cheerleaders aren't used because they can cause very game-breaking behaviour, I have to consider that this is what Ultra9TMB had thought of when he created the rules. Thanks for your guys inputs!

Btw @Odd_Stranger , What's up with your interface? I mean the game sprites and textures and sound? It's just a little badly framed and slightly cuts out sometimes. I just need to know for run verification purposes, thanks! If it's just a bad recording software or bad PC then no bother.
So I might consider imposing a rule which suggests that cheerleaders cannot be used to increase the abilities of secret characters, for obvious reasons (mace spinner or chu no Ku), but aside from that I have to stop things there because allowing all units currently isn't such a good idea but eventually it may be possible.
Ok, so the reason we've originally disallowed secret units is that they can become extremely overpowered, with certain combinations or just as individuals. Also, the updates and or patches may have meant such units were a bit buggy and overpowered like the Chu Ko Nu used to be. Pirate captain is a unit from the original roster of pirate characters so it's fine to use him. Secret Units are currently disallowed but if you've got a specific example or scenario you'd like to explain here I'd be pretty lenient about changing the rules because it'd make new times much more interesting. Also sorry if this is annoying to read.
Hello - I made a post here a while ago about being made a Super Mod as a pose to a regular mod for TABS ( https://www.speedrun.com/httplandfall.setotally-accurate-battle-simulator ) because I've wanted to see the Audit Log and just in case the current Super Mod ( https://www.speedrun.com/user/Ultra9TMB ) ever deletes his account. I was told to come back if I couldn't contact him through Twitter. His Twitch account no longer exists so I've tried to contact him via Twitter, can't DM him so I've tweeted at him to no response, also I've commented on his YouTube (on a speedrun of his) but he also hasn't responded or posted anything there for quite some time now. I'm sorry if this is a pain but if he can be contacted then it may be quite a while.
