No worries, feel free to ask as much as you want. I'd however recommend instead joining and using our discord to ask questions since I think that would be more convenient!

As long as there is one full recording with a timer included it should be fine as long as all the evidence (like orbs or freezing), ghost behaviour for any% and photos is/are visible on that recording. Recordings from other players are only required in cases where important information like just mentioned isn't visible in the given recording.
-
Yes, for any% you just need to figure out the ghost without guessing and that's all you need to do, your examples are a good way for example

The time limits are fixed as they are and will only be changed if seemed necessary. Going over the time limits for harder runs like that usually isn't a problem as long as it's not a huge amount over the limit. Some limits like for all maps perfect% are a bit harsh I have to say so I'd understand runs taking significantly longer than that (in this example I'd say 3h is the absolute maximum, but don't take my word for it)
-
No worries lol, if it's suitable for Youtube then that's all that matters probably, so yeah it should be fine

You can restart then play a single (or multiple) map(s) again if you have to (like screwing up the photos, freezing taking too long, someone dying), but the time for the restarted map still counts. If you play Prison twice, then both times are counted towards the final time. The time limit rule is not correlated to resetting maps, so if you go way past the limit which would make the run invalid because a map is restarted then the run is still invalid.

No, for anything other than any% you always have to see all evidence, meaning if for some reason you become unable to do that you have to restart the map (or run). You can still figure out the ghost using a hunt for example to help with knowing which evidence you have to look for. But I don't think I've ever encountered any sort of glitches or bugs related to that, my worst case scenario was that the ghost just took a very long time to show stuff like freezing or dots given the circumstances

I think the rules don't really clear that up iirc so I might change that, but I think as long as both people are alive when the map ends it's fine, so yes if someone dies and you revive them the run still continues. BTW the game still shows a perfect investigation, even if everyone dies, you just won't get the usual rewards (but it obviously doesn't count for the perfect% category)

the "No Evidence" category is special in its way that you don't have to collect any evidence, you just have to figure out the ghost (without guessing of course). If you see an orb, it means it's a mimic and you don't have to do anything else towards deducting the ghost. If you know it's a mimic for example by it imitating two different ghosts for 2 different hunts then that also counts, the orb is just considered another "behaviour" so you're not required to see it.
10.? It's okay if your recording includes both your own and your friend's microphone, in that case he wouldn't need to record it. And yeah you can use whatever form of communication you want to like discord even if he dies. Also the rule with recording everyone's microphone isn't really that important anymore imo, it just becomes problematic when hearing the player becomes relevant to figuring out the ghost (like with testing during a hunt if it's a Yokai). It's best to use text recognition if you can't record someone's microphone, in that case make sure it's shown on the recording that it was used.
Full game perfect% is a tough category, especially if you want to be fast, so I totally get what you mean. Would actually love to hear about your progress, otherwise good luck!
Yes exactly, SM Restricted is part of the all maps category and you only have to play it once, it doesn't matter which of the 5 different map versions you get.
Also yes it is fine to use that for any sort of help, I myself have definitely used it during runs because I wasn't sure of the ghost speed before
No they don't, anyone can play on console and it should be fine, even if it's the entire team
