Bounties for runs are a thing sometimes, but they're pretty rare. Money and speedrunning can be controversial, especially with gambling. Kind of messes up the community aspect, though tournament money is still fine.
Speedrunning will never be part of the Olympics. If esports are already tough to include, I can't imagine a niche, very decentralized hobby would make sense at all.
Don't know any, but since iOS 11 and onwards there's a built-in screen recorder that's very simple to use. I'd look into that.
oh no not irony again
Anyway, that should do, wikis only apply for larger games. That said, since you're submitting a web game and the site has been trying to limit that, there's no guarantee your game will be added. Make sure to follow all the other submission rules.
Anything Pokémon, Super Mario (especially Galaxy 1/2), and many things Sonic. Special mention to Pocket Card Jockey, just because no one knows about it but it's still an excellent game with an excellent score. Written by the same composer as many of the Pokémon games (Go Ichinose). Edit: Seconding Pokémon Mystery Dungeon.
If it is a Roblox map pack, that would be something to take up with the series moderators, not the game request form.

Side note, try not to capitalize most words and use sentences. It's just proper form.
Indeed, what you're suggesting is a loadless IGT timer. Many games implement it different ways, if you want a good example, look at Celeste's implementation.
I will say that most games which do this have skip cutscene buttons and pro-text mashing features, but I don't think pausing the timer there would be received negatively, if it works for your game better.
I'm not too familiar with it, but I know Wiimmfi (am I spelling that correctly) exists, at least for the original Wii. But I think that requires homebrew, and I'm not sure if options exist for the Wii U.
oh boy a two year necro Most moderators will accept runs recorded from cameras as long as it's reasonably set up. Make sure to also record audio and don't jostle the camera.
I know one can configure the audio to record different tracks. I presume tracks could be assigned to different programs, though I don't know if there's enough functionality for what you're looking for.
Just using anything that's not an official release. This is because for newer consoles, emulators usually aren't accurate enough to be compared with official releases.
Given using Cheat Engine is literally the definition of cheating, I'm going to say no.
For future reference, game-specific questions should be asked on the game's forum.
It's definitely the version of VLC you are using.
IIRC the video component in LiveSplit isn't really being worked upon. If you want to use it, downgrade your VLC version to 2.2.1.
Which version of VLC are you using?
Just submit it. Previous PBs are nice for historical purposes.
