There are places you can make a website for a game for free or even a spreadsheet online will suffice for a leaderboard for any game. I am a mod of a really short game that would probably be rejected now, if they decide to remove it ah well I'm not going to piss and moan about it I will just make a board for it myself cause I enjoy the game.
