The moderators are ordered by their ID, which is equivalent to ordering by their account creation date.

For your question, the was an account with the name "Firewall" on this site for a year, and apparently he was quite popular in some game communities, but also involved with some little controversies of game moderating. He deleted his account and all his runs about a month ago, though.

You should start by reading the stuff in the FAQ thread: https://www.speedrun.com/speedrunning/thread/pt010 In general, most people use OBS to record; it's free and easy to use (if you play on PC).

Next, read the game+category rules of the game you run (RE: Village). You can see them on the leaderboard page, in each category of the game. If something is not clear in the rules, or you still don't know if something is allowed or not, ask in the game forums, or discord server, or ask the game moderators directly.

Sometimes speedrunners might choose other languages than Japanese. There are several examples from GDQ (I forgot which games) where the runners chose German or French, because they were faster than all other options.

You can request the game yourself in the support hub. However, note that it might not be accepted yet because the game is in early access, and might be subject to future changes.
