So, with "Enable global hotkeys" on, non of the livesplit keys work while Bizhawk is in focus? Let's say you set the split button to numpad0, it doesn't work at all? and what if bizhawk is not focused?

Hi. Well, I'm not familiar with recording stuff with capture cards from consoles, I always recorded my PC itself. However, I can maybe try to help with checking the issue on OBS itself, to see if you can fix it from OBS side, or check what the problem is.

Take a look at this OBS configuration:

For testing the audio of the console, you can add a new scene in OBS (optional), and then add a new resource of type "Audio Output Capture", and link it to the capture card by choosing the correct device. This new resource should be added to the default ones (Desktop + Mic/Aux), under the Audio Mixer tab. If OBS can capture the audio well, you will see the bars moving in the correct audio source (like the Desktop in my image). If not, then you know there is a problem and OBS can't detect the audio for some reason. If you can't find your capture card in the list of available audio devices, then that is another problem.

Maybe your problem can be fixed by just adding this audio resource, maybe not. As I said, not familiar with that.

Just to be clear, what kind of audio is not showing up in your video? The "desktop" audio (i.e the sound of anything on the computer, or your game if you run it on Windows), audio from a microphone, or something else (a console perhaps)?

Adding to manticor5 answer - while you can use the forum thread for requesting moderation for the game, check the rules in it - note that it is a last resort option for cases of inactive mods. While one of the mods didn't logged in 3 months, the other one logged in 14 days ago, so he/she is still considered active. They have active social media accounts, you can contact them on twitch/twitter. Also, you need to request moderation after you have a pending run AND it is not being verified for at least 21 days.

Since you already have a run in this game I don't think you will have any problem.

A banner is kind of a background picture which is shown at the upper portion of the screen, but is overridden in case you have in your theme a background picture. As far as I know every image source on sr.c (logo, icons, trophy icons) is resized to its "true" dimensions, so banners will probably behave the same. If you have a background picture then that is not relevant anyway.

I guess that either (just hypothesis):

• The account in question chose the country before a validation against it was added in the site
• The country was changed through the API and it doesn't (or didn't in the past) have a server-side validation for countries
• Someone changed the country directly in the database.
