I'm saying it knowing nothing about your game, but according to the game request rules, your run should be a full-game run which covers most of the game.
If you submit a super glitched any% run of say 5 minutes, from a game of 5 hours, the game request has a high chance to be rejected.
Games and users on the site are completely different entities. Therefore, the identity of those entities (user name, or game name) are unrelated, and you can have a user and a game with the same name.
Note that the link to a game page and a user page are also different, as a user page link contains the word "user".
Well, it's all about semantics really. The act itself of spawning enemies is not really a "glitch", because it is a hidden mechanic the developer put in his game, so you might say that spawning enemies is intended by the developer (it's not).
However, the results of spawning enemies are certainly not intended - you can clip through walls, traverse great distances, or move over spikes. Just look at the TAS or my any% run.
So I split the categories to one where spawning enemies is allowed, and one where it is not. Since I consider not spawning enemies to be "normal gameplay", that is a glitchless category.
@FalcoDash107 Look at the "spawning enemies" guide, for relevant information. For bears in particular you press 5.
It is not allowed in "glitchless" runs though.
You should go to the game forums and suggest your category there, otherwise nothing will happen. https://www.speedrun.com/2007scape/forum
Well, someone did this "run" here, a few weeks ago: https://www.speedrun.com/speedrunning/thread/678pd This is still probably a stupid idea which will definitely lead to nowhere, at least on this site.
We are here for video-game stuff.

What the hell is going on...
That doesn't matter. There are many games on the site with only one runner, so game popularity is rarely a factor.
As soon as your account is at least 7 days old, and your game complies with the game request rules, you can request it for the site. Note that even if the game is rejected for some reason, nothing prevents you from speedrunning it anyway.
Well, the solution for that is what I just said - Add a category or sub-category for emulator runs, and then it will have its own leaderboard.
Well, something like that already exists now - a runner can check the "emulator" option in their runs, and the runs will be marked as "emulated". You can then filter the leaderboard with showing all runs, or only "un-emulated" runs.
That is mostly relevant if an emulator is exact as the real console, so runs on emulator will be (almost) the same as normal runs. That is if you allow emulators in the first place. Emulators are banned in many games for several reasons.
In case you allow the use of an emulator, but there is a major difference between that and a console, the option is to create a new category (or sub-category) for emulators. Many games have this split in categories for different consoles and PC, for the same reason.
@Samtastic you can do that yourself by checking "Separate load times" in the game settings. Wrong thread.
