Upon looking at the ruleset for Any% there was a few rules that have been omitted when setting up the boards.
Added: Any of the game settings can be changed, with no restrictions.
This is to make the MVCIB to be more aligned with the ruleset of all of the other games in the MVC library within the Any% Category. Deepest apologies for not having this rule in place day 1.
I was wanting to see if the use of USB Loader would classify as emulation?
My wii drive was recently unresponsive when inserting a game, but I'm double checking before I record and submit a run.
I was wondering why that's the case.
Tekken 5 has it, so I was just wondering why TTT2 doesn't have it.
I was wondering if there was any possibility to have USBLoader leagl for runs? Or would that me classified here as emulation?
I happen to have a Game Boy Player and a physical copy of Red and Blue....
Just wondering but can performing a Any% run cause damage to a physical copy of the game? O_O
Are the boards even being moderated anymore?
I submitted a run 3 weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything back about it...
Not mad in the slightest, just curious.
Welcome to the MVCIB leaderboards!! As of right now, we only have Any% available. If more people drum up interest in difficulty catagories, then I will add them to the board!!
Thanks for stopping by!!

With the new mod for MVCI, MVCIB releasing today, I wonder if there has been any interest in making it a category by itself, or category extension?
I was just goofin' around with some runs, but I kept asking myself "Do I have to win?"
The rules were unclear, but I assume not with the run being under 2 hours, that you don't have to.
As someone who recently acquired a WiiU that has this game already installed, would it be in the realm of possibility to add it as a platform when submitting? Or would it be best to just submit it as the GBA version?
Recently appearing on Prevent-a-thon 4 with Hard Any% there was a technical difficulty close to the start of the run. Would there be a issue with me submitting it? It was due to stuff outside my control, and seeing if i can still get it in.
I PB'd by almost 3 minutes. lol
Would playing via CFW install count as emulation or original hardware?
I ask because I'll be using a back up rom file, on my Modded wii. Not sure how that's counted here.
Thanks in advance.
As a new runner, I'm very interested in learning why there's not a basic Any% like most other games.
This is a formal request to ask for a Any% category there's only 2 games on the MVC Collection with out it and I would like to be able to run it as a Any% Medley for marathons :)
In the spirit of any% runs I've done a few on the PS4 using the MVC collection. I was wondering if it will be legal to use any time soon. :P
What would it take for me to be able to run it on the MVC Collection?
If the start of the run can be fast forwarded by holding a button, why does the -5:30 rule exist? O-o
I was wondering why ePSXe is the chosen emulator.
Not looking for a argument, but it seems like the mutual choice of emulations on boards I've seen has been Duckstation.
I'm watching Skybilz speedrun all of the levels of Speedrun Mode. Would it be in the realm of possibility to add a full game leaderboard?
