I may be able to find my old notes but tbh I think they're probably on the pc I don't use anymore. Even still their written in s sort of shorthand for me too. If I can grab them I'll let u know. Other than that I don't think the routes anywhere in writing. And timesave wise I'd say I was very thorough in my routing. They're probably aren't big timesaves left... ...unless you look at my like 48 minute ps4 run. I triggered some weird glitch where I bypassed the prologur, so there may be ways to skip flags/ wrong warp but it's untested

Tbh I stopped at learning how to unlock Gaia because I remember Sho not being especially great when I unlocked him back in the day and the unlock code is more involved

So I recently rediscovered the fun of the Lunar TSS Debug Menu.

I made a tutorial on how to enable it for anyone who would want to experience the debug or to even run a random new misc category I came up with -

Any% No Clip: With Debug Mode enabled, holding B allows movement with no clipping. This is the only allowed use of the expanded ruleset en route to completing the game.

I had a lot of fun with any% no clip and would love to open a misc board and encourage play on it.

Thay said, there's also another misc category that this leads to:

Any% (Unrestricted w/ Debug Mode): Use debug mode in any way to complete the game... In other words, meet Nall, add ghaleon to you party, warp to the top of ghaleons palace and wipe the last bosses (lol)...

Either way, i had a lot of fun playing any% noclip and thought at the very least id pass along how to play it (plus holysmith asked :) )

I noticed in the rules it says Gaia/Sho can be used but timing starts when imputting their codes and that is added to the total time of the run. How things ended up going when I ran as Gaia though is that we just ended up making an Any% board for those types of runs and I think that works really well. Just thought I'd say you should take that older line out of the rules section or change it to reflect that they are considered Any % instead now.

I also think you should add Gaia and Sho to the character options because my Any% runs have always been mismarked as Rungo runs.

And finally, I mentioned a while ago of the idea of a misc Pacifist category where you cant use any attacks at all. I have 3 runs in that category but the boards didn't seem interested at the time. I'd like to just ask 1 more time if I may. I know a handful of games off the top of my head on here that have Pacifist boards. If it's misc I don't see the harm in it. That said, I'm ALSO planning on doing a BLINDFOLDED speedrun of this game soon, so THAT could end up a misc category too. I'm sure some of the top runners could be competitive and have fun playing in that category as well!

Fun addendum - after this run the legacy version of ROM stopped working forever........for some reason......

It finally happened! Amazing!

Any% No Save and Quit board is now up.

I plan on leaving my WR at 2:57 for this category so the WR is ripe for the taking. You also don't have to learn any steproutes or big tricks so the only barrier to entry is giant root RNG.

So my personal sega cd is totally the culprit. I'm going to try to get a new one but as they are hundreds of dollars nowadays I think the misc category is perfect for the console specific runs. The board is up now. Elijah Miller still WR holder haha. Gl all.

So I just finished my first attempt and it looks like on average on my sega model 2 sega cd I'm losing 7 minutes per hour. That is fantastically insane. Forget about getting 1 final overall WR on console, I can barely sneak in sub Elijah Miller with my hardware. Wow.
