I think it needs to be updated cause is not working anymore at least not for me, unless I'm doing something wrong

I mean: have a starting set up (w/e you want) and DON'T pick any relic or arcana in the way

What about no relics (just the starting one) and no extra arcanas? just your starting set up ?
