I think there's some way to get usernames if a user hasn't logged in for 6 months, but this account is active on the site sorta. You could dm them on discord and ask them to change their name, or you could make the name technobIade, with an uppercase I instead of a lowercase l

He also didn't say they were newcomers, just that they were unknown, which is true. TLN and fe666 don't stream or have mic, and they both unlist most of their videos, meaning that most people haven't heard of them. I also believe the run is real, but I always wait until the run is verified before asserting anything because I was also really happy for dream and abdron, and they both ended up being cheaters.

When submitting a run, you can manually set the date, so the dates will show up on sr.c correctly. I do not know how to fix the upload date on the videos though.

yt frame timer should work with google drive I think, but if it doesnt there is a workaround.

Use , and . to find the starting frame, and then copy the debug info. Paste it somewhere, and find where it says "cmt" there will be a number after that word, and that is the number of seconds into the video it is, so 121.683 would be 2:01.683, etc. You can repeat this for the ending frame.

So you could take the two numbers and subtract them, and that is the time of the run.

I know this, but as you mentioned, the bots are able to avoid this. I think that the site needs to make a new system now that the bots have evolved. Some bots don't make forum posts and instead just have website links (for example, the 15 accounts named "ronaldinko), some of them make forum posts with links and then delete them when they get reported (@Tannnn123), some of them edit in links after the fact.

One measure that could be used is to sniff out users who make a forum post every time they go online and then immediately go offline again repeatedly, or other "bot-like" behaviors.

I don't know why there are so many bots recently. There needs to be some sort of system to prevent them.

Also delete @KensIDi, they are the same bot as @greaseboi. Both profiles are from new york, signed up at the same time, and both posted links in the same thread (KensIDi edited the link out). @denz might be a bot as well, all three of them mention playing mario 64 from childhood.
