1. RIght-click on the timer.
2. Click on "Edit Splits".
3. Below the game and category, you will see a section called "Start Timer At:" with a little space with the time "0.00". Click on it, and change it to whatever delay you want to (ex: -3.27).

While what Lugia said is true, players CAN achieve wrong warp by doing two backwards bumps only, this is referred to as "fast 4-2".

First off Kosmic took a bonk at the beginning of the 2nd room in 8-4 in his 18:59. There are other FPGs are can be done in other levels, since there was only 1 FPG done. And BBG can also be performed if runners can find a good framerule for a good bullet bill shot.

I don't think the next WR would be 4:54, since there's such a big time gap between the current WR and 4:54. There is nothing wrong with talking about 4:54 since we know how to get it, but since when did 4:53 need to be brought up? What's the point of bringing it up if we don't know how to get 4:53? This is just my personal opinion.

You're technically right raymond, but that's not how I see speedrunning.

For me, the true spirit of speedrunning is to have a leaderboard, and to compete against others to show their times. I'd personally run and I saw others say the same thing. We could do a strawpoll in the discord, or post a strawpoll here and take a vote on wether there should be a leaderboard or not of this category.

You are right, but as long as speedrunning has existed there's always been a leaderboard to support it. I'm not saying "this will be a leaderboard, wether you like it or not", but I agree with Daniël in thinking that this would make a great leaderboard. And since there's many people who've speedran NES 1 Warp, they'd likely join the All-Stars train as well.
