Zachodniopomorskie, Polandwhy would this be necessary? The WR is only 1 hour and 34 minutes so this isn't really needed and on PC it's probably like 30 mins in the run,
Brian is not needed for 100% so kill him, sparing him will just waste unneeded time, in GTA IV there were Random Encounters that didn't count for 100% because its someone you could've spared or executed so why would TLAD be different?
well I'm not sure how consistent this is but for Not So Fast you can somehow get the first heli to blow himself up skipping you having to shoot him and the text going right away to the next 2 targets.

Nordtecx pretty much said it as simple as possible but I guess I shall go into some more detail for those that like that big info
PC loads faster than console , me and Possessedwarrior find that console is more than 20 minutes already slower than PC and that on HDD it'll only be around 10
Console controlls, well for shootouts you won't have a keyboard and you can't aim the sticky bombs while in a vehicle which is usefull for missions like Kibbutz no 1 and the PC allows you to drive by with the p90
The PC version can obviously go above 30 FPS so the game will go faster and much more smoother , there is also a new option called "Vehicle Density" this option was featured in IV and allows you to either allow alot of traffic to spawn or to almost none, any% uses this feature for spawning taxi's and reducing traffic for driving segments.
Possessedwarrior estimates the the lowest time the 360/ps3 version can reach is around a 2:30

oo this is a bit of a hard descision, I enioy Random Album Title by Deadmau5 along with 4x4=12 but I also like albums like Lady Pank by Lady Pank and a bunch of Italo Disco and Disco Polo cd's and tapes I have.

I personally prefer any% over classic% for the IV series, classic% you're just purposely making yourself go slow, as for a gta IV trilogy race I would love to do one but you guys already know my 2 reasons why I can't
to put wsplit on your stream you need to window capture it into OBS, if you don't have a second monitor than you'll have to put the game into a smaller resolution in window mode and have to deal with that.

Ya I'm just using runway right now to warm my self up and get in the groove of the game with the controlls before I attempt to get a run started(if it's nice to me that is), I was surprised I pb'ed in that honestly since I failed the bomb boosts, w.e ranked up by like 100 if I put this on elite lol, I'll probably beat the time by next weekend :p

Well I'm starting to do some IL's and I decided to go with Runway for now since it was a level in my childhood I would try and go fast at, currently I have a :26(run above, previous was :27) , hopefully I can be better and get under :25
