Segmented runs are cheated runs if you submit them to a Single-Segment leaderboard.
Most leaderboards are Single-Segment leaderboards.
If you want a Segmented category in a particular game, take it up with that game's moderators, not the people running www.speedrun.com
As for there not being a rule: Assume that a leaderboard is setup for Single-Segment runs ONLY, unless specified otherwise.

@Fakespeedruns Most leaderboards are gonna require visual proof. Some are lenient, others are not. You're at the mercy of the mods, end of story. It doesn't help your "no video proof" case that your name is FakeSpeedruns. Also asking for mod on a game a few hours after making your account is just highly suspect.
99% chance it's a roy alt, which is probably an alt of someone else that's been banned like 100 times by now.
Not sure if bait or pure idiocy. Going with the latter.
