it's good man, if you were on the boards before, then either jezs or i saw your run and approved the timing for it. it was a 6:46 and I'm sure you could beat it if you wanted to. sucks that happened, good luck finding a solution, but don't let the red ball 4 leaderboards be your focus :P

101 cell has been ran in the past, even I've done it. My issue with it is that the only difference is skipping a few bad orbs. It's probably worth playing 100%, and I think that's why the leaderboard never transferred from the doc to the site.

I haven't been changing anything. The runs are still on the site though so I don't think there's any harm done really. I'll let others comment on this.

Don't be afraid to use subcategories or variables, folks. Our good friend and lord "Pac" implemented a lot of tools for leaderboard moderators to use to solve similar issues. Whether you ban it or remove it you're probably going to piss a LOT of people off especially if you remove top times.

This being said, I've never ran this game and don't have a fully working intimate knowledge with the overall workings, but this is something that strikes me as an issue that may be solved with the tools available. Good luck boys!

I've been told that people were able to get it to work on that old fat DS, where the dpad is "squishier". I've got two of them and neither dpad is to that point.

I can't say for certain what would be allowed on the leaderboard here, but if it's just a race with some friends, don't let semantics/specifics stop you. Come up with a ruleset and see who's down to play with you.

Cheats are not ok in speedruns.

Have you tried both window capture and game capture? I experience this issue when I try one or the other, and most of the time the other works.
