Does anyone have any tips or videos for 0 or 1 star run that can help i am struggling

I own a Nintendo wii but it is at my grandma's but i can't speedrun a game on it but i can only do it at my house will an emulator it says emulators are bannable. Is it possible for me to send proof with my wii and then speeedrun wth an emulator?
